Apt 404project: office convertion into studio apartment

A former office space on the last floor of a residential apartment block, was transformed into a spacious and functional studio. By eliminating some unnecessary barriers, like the wall enclosing a dark storage room, continuity was created while functions and areas were defined by material, finishes, light and furniture pieces. Pine triplex and OSB panels, recurring materials, make up for all the functional elements like the bed, table, kitchen, and very important in such a small residential space (60m2), the storage.
